"Logging in has been smooth for me"
I haven’t had any trouble logging in lately. The page loads quickly, my password saves like it should, and I can get to my orders without having to mess around. It’s been simple and reliable for me.

"So many food options!!!"
I’ve been using beyondmenu a lot lately, mostly because there are just so many menus to browse through!!! Around me it shows Chinese, Thai, sushi, pizza, and even a few random local places I didn’t know existed!!! It’s super helpful when nobody can decide what to eat. I just scroll for a bit and usually find something that works for everyone!!!

I had a small issue with my order and figured I’d probably be waiting around for a while, but support replied way faster than I expected. They sorted it out without making it a whole back-and-forth thing, which was nice. i was already thinking I’d have to chase them later, but nope, it was fixed quickly.

My order wasn’t showing up correctly right after I paid, and I was 100% convinced it was going to turn into a whole nightmare. I reached out to support, and they got back to me surprisingly fast. They checked with the restaurant, figured out what was going on, and got everything sorted without making it a big ordeal. I was definitely annoyed at first, no question, but it ended totally fine. their support was solid.

"Easy enough to manage my account"
I had a good experience using Beyond Menu for my account settings. Updating my phone number and saved address was straightforward, and I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time searching around for where to do it. I also had a question about an older order on my account, and support got back to me quicker than I expected. It’s not the flashiest setup or anything, but it did what I needed without much hassle.

"Super easy to order"
I found my usual spot right away and checkout took maybe a minute. There wasnt any confusing stuff or extra weird steps, I just picked my food and placed the order. Smooth from start to finish

I was actually surprised by how many places near me beyondmenu covers. There are still a few restaurants missing, which feels kind of avoidable, but most of the time I can find something decent that delivers to my area

I ordered for pickup and the food was ready by the time I got there, maybe within about 15 minutes or so. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t run into any issues.

I had an issue with my order and felt a little stressed, thinking getting a refund was going to be a whole headache. Just a quick warning for anyone ordering without checking first: don’t skip the coupons. I used them and they actually helped bring the total down quite a bit. It made my order way cheaper than I expected, so definitely look for a coupon before you pay.

I had to cancel my order, i was expecting it to be a whole annoying process like these things usually are. But it was actually way easier than I thought. The refund info was clear, support got back to me quickly, and there wasn’t any headache involved. Kind of rare to see a company make canceling something this smooth, so credit where it’s due.

"Good experience overall..."
I used BeyondMenu to order from a local Chinese spot and had a small mix-up with the order time. The restaurant actually called me quickly to confirm everything, which I really appreciated... way better than just sending it out wrong. The app notification was a little slow, but the phone call made up for it. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but it was still a good experience and I’d use it again.
